임갑수 원자력협력 정부대표 “원전 공급망 강화할 것”
- 임갑수 한·미 원자력협력 정부대표가 10일(현지시간) 프랑스 파리에서 열린 ‘제2차 원자력에너지 정상회의’에 참석했다고 외교부가 11일 밝혔다.
- 임 대표는 회의에서 한국이 최근 국내 대형원전 2기와 소형모듈원자로(SMR) 1기 건 설을 추진하기로 결정했다고 설명했다.
- 임 대표는 이를 기반으로 국내뿐 아니라 수출 경쟁력까지 이어질 수 있도록 원전 설계·제조건설·운영에 이르는 전주기 공급망을 강화하겠다고 밝혔다.
